I’ve got our USMMA march song on my mind, but can’t think of the name. Please Help! Also, are there any recordings or videos?

Thanks! I was referring to the song our band played every time we marched on Tomb Field.

I think I heard CAPT Force refer to it as "ruffles and flourishes'" once. Don't know if thats the real title though

Per the book We'll Deliver, usmma students were originally not allowed in the band as it was staffed by the enlisted USMS members.

That’s close. I remember that song, but the one I remember was a little different. Probably a Capt Force original. I will revert with more information after further investigation. LOL! This song is stuck on my head.

If it is one that they play while marching onto the field at events such as either the USMMA/Coast Guard game or the Parents Weekend Saturday morning event, there is definitely a video of it. :)

The only other thing I can think of is it might be the Trio section of the "National Emblem March". As @azmilmom said, there's got to be a USMMA video out there somewhere.

That is definitely the one I was thinking of but it sounds different .... I don't know how to describe it ... the same but actually good maybe?
That was what they played when they were marching past with the colors once we were in and formed up. The marching in song was definitely Life on the Ocean Wave. Surely somewhere amongst us is a band jock who can answer this with certainty.
