DS received his conditional appointment mid March. Just waiting for DODMERB review. Same as your DS, though - no medical issues.

Sorry to hear this. Had my fingers crossed for your DS too, as I know you and a few others have been waiting and waiting and waiting. (The portal still shows my DS's application is under review and he got TWE on April 14th, I wouldn't count on that portal). Tell DS not to be down, I am sure his Plan B is great!

He’s got a good plan B at Texas A&M for engineering.
 
I reached out to my BGO (I'm wait listed) who told me, "One accepted, one medical hold, one wait list." Looks like there are two slots available in my district and I'm 3rd in line. Just have to wait and see if medical will come through for #2. I'm guessing!
 
Holy Cow! Waiver finally went through and appointment is now official! So proud of ds for following through clear to the end. Unfortunately, (or fortunately???) he might decline the appointment having already committed to attending Univ of Idaho. He has a friend who is current plebe, so they'll talk Sunday and then ds will make his decision.

Congrats! Hold U Idaho plan B for a year, just in case.
 
I have just received a conditional appointment to USNA. I received an email and it showed up in my portal yesterday. I have be deemed medically qualified by USAFA and USMA, should I be expecting the finalized appointment soon? Also, I went back to check my portal this evening and it no longer showed the "view decision", which was the conditional appointment, and instead it said "application is under review". Should I be worried that I no longer have the conditional appointment?

That happened to me. About a week later the appointment showed up. :band:
