I did not think I had submitted this but the system says I did and is awaiting reply from my counselor. Can someone please tell me if this page asked only for a name and email address (like the recommendation and fitness pages) or was there more information that was supposed to be filled out, like there is on the activities page. I am very worried that I may have clicked to submit the page before I had completed it, but I can't see the page anymore to find out. Can someone who has the application please tell me what is asked for on the Candidate Academic Information page? Thank you so much for your help.
 
The Candidate Academic Information is filled out by a school official, typically a guidance counselor or registrar. The only information the candidate fills out is the individuals name and email...so you are good-to-go.
