USNA Candidate info issue?

I had an issue with my Candidate Information page where the page said that my "Activities Record" was sent to the email I provided (which was correct), but my guidance counselor at the high school said she didn't receive anything? Is there a way that I can fix this, or does someone from admissions need to get involved?

Also I emailed my Admissions Counselor at the bottom of the page 5 days ago regarding this issue and she hasn't responded yet, so is that length of time typical?
 
There was a similar issue woth my math teacher recommendation email. I emailed my admissions counselor to resend the email, and my teacher receieved it the second time around. Admissions Counselors take vacations or breaks too, so I wouldn't worry too much (mine responded after a week or 2 due to leave). If they do not respond after few weeks, I would try to call them.
 
Try having the school official look in their spam folder, if not already attempted.
 
For some reason the first email did not reach my sons teachers as well. We had to contact RD and the resent emails came through.
