I had an issue with my Candidate Information page where the page said that my "Activities Record" was sent to the email I provided (which was correct), but my guidance counselor at the high school said she didn't receive anything? Is there a way that I can fix this, or does someone from admissions need to get involved?
Also I emailed my Admissions Counselor at the bottom of the page 5 days ago regarding this issue and she hasn't responded yet, so is that length of time typical?
