Are any midshipmen allowed to play at the USNA Golf Club course (besides, obviously, the golf team members)?

Yes, Mids are allowed to play the course at USNA. At $6 for nine holes, it's the best bargain in town. The most challenging part will be finding a place to stash the clubs!

Cool. Assuming you can stash your clubs somewhere, are plebes allowed to play, e.g. on their Saturdays?

Yes Plebes can play on Saturdays. "When I was a Mid" the only people who could make reservations at the club were Midshipman. The rest were all first come, first serve basis. Not sure if that is still the case, but it made for a great gig for my sponsor Dad and I. I made the reservation and he paid for the round of golf! Stashing clubs would be the hard part, especially Plebe year, but you can always rent. If golf really is a big passion of yours suggest you make this statement on your sponsor family application. You may get lucky and get paired up with someone who loves to golf and you can store your stuff there and have a great golf partner!

Yes. That's up to the sponsor however.
