I was determined to be medically qualified on 12/31/2020, but this has not updated in my application portal. Should I contact someone about this, or do I just wait? I have everything filled out including my nom, and seeing no checkmark has been getting pretty irritating.

I’m also in the same situation where it doesn’t show that USNA has recieved my medical examination. However, I was medically disqualified. Should it be showing up like that due to my situation, or can I email you my first four digits of SSN and last name and get it cleared up on my portal. Thank you so much!

RELAX everyone ....just because the checkmark is not on your portal, it doesn't mean USNA does not have the information. As I've indicated before- the new Admissions platform is not fully integrated between the various users, including Candidates, BGO's, DODMERB, MOC, and Admissions Board. It appears to be functional for each of the user groups, but not completely interactive and sharing information among each.
In other words, if you've received information from DODMERB that you are complete, there is no need to be "irritated" that the checkmark doesn't appear on your portal. I have confidence that USNA Admissions is not going to let an otherwise qualified candidate slip away because a DOMERB exam slipped through the cracks.
