USNA Job: Director, Experiential Leadership

I guess they have received the exemption to have new hires since the hiring freeze? It is contingent on renewal though... Wonder if they have an opening for "experimental leadership "? ;)

The fine print says freeze applies, but they are taking applications, will proceed when freeze lifts.

To your point, there may be a blurry line between "experiential" and "experimental" leadership. Sometimes I felt I was the experimentee under some of my bosses...[emoji16]
 
Firsties and second classes practice experimental leadership everyday. Some do great, some not so much. All keep learning as it never ends...

I've noticed gov jobs look odd on Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.

Or perhaps Arnold is where the "Dark Yard" is, home of experiential leadership.
