USNA Portal Glitch?

I'm assuming the Important Notice about final notifications going out by end of business day or by the end of the week is a glitch in the portal along with the warning I just got saying my ECA verification won't be sent until my application is submitted? Because my ECA was sent and received by USNA in June along with my application. I've submitted everything listed, qualified DoDMERB, qualified CFA, had my interview and only x is the nomination. Just making sure I'm not missing anything to receive that warning.
 
I wasn't too worried about the "final notifications" one that popped up, I saw that thread a few days ago. The big orange "warning" got me a little nervous ngl, but I checked and everything has a check besides the nomination so I'm going with glitch

We have the same message today. Waiting on DoDMERB and nomination. Freaked us out! Hoping it's a glitch! :/
 
Has anyone’s checklist been inconsistent? DS’s academic verification says it has been completed on the actual application and on the checklist page it says it has not. Wondering which is correct ?

The one on the checklist page is correct. The one on the application is checked saying that the email was sent. This simply means that the verifier has the email but has not completed it yet.
 
All of DD's items have been checked except for Nom. However, she been receiving emails requesting current Math Teacher's evaluation and official current transcripts from school counselor. I guess there is a person behind the portal to make sure everything is checked.
