USNA- Second Portal Experiencing Technical Glitch

Is your application 100% complete? What is your current candidates status? Did you have a LOA or nomination?
 
DD App is 100% complete , nomination received, no loa, status shows “congrats app is currently under review” . Sometimes it glitches and shows 1% complete tho . . .
 
Can somebody explain this "Second Portal." I don't believe BGO's have received any information about Admissions running a Second portal.

portal change regarding admissions

My DS portal has had some form of "admission decision ready" listed and once you clicked on the box it took you to the LOA. Today it says Congratulations, your application is under review. Any idea what that means or time frame?

Same boat with everything you stated.... Hopefully they are able to view both applications preferably the one that is 100% complete.....

Very strange. That link looks exactly like the "new portal" I received my LOA in but when I use that link I get the same 1% complete issue. I would probably recommend not to use that portal and use the "old" and "new" portals that @TheRightStuff quoted me on above.
 
There are far too many "sources of truth" here... there should only be ONE portal (maybe a mobile app based on that site), all other sites should redirect. Perfect world, I know, but this situation is clearly a USNA IT pitfall.
