USNA Summer Stem Application-No Submit Button

Good Afternoon!

I am currently a freshman in high school applying to the USNA summer stem program. My application is completely filled out, and ready to submit however, I don't see a submit button anywhere on the page. As I scroll all the way to the bottom, I see the disclaimer and contractual agreements and then that is the end of the page. Any guidance would be appreciated, thank you!

I’m not exactly sure how this portal looks, but if you can’t find anywhere to submit it try getting in touch with their admissions office and they will be more than happy to help out.
 
It's showing for me, for what it's worth. Try opening a new copy of the form (https://usna.tfaforms.net/217857 ), and select your grade level. Scroll to the bottom and check for the submit button. If it shows up, then you should be able to just copy-paste your answers into the new tab. If it doesn't, maybe try a different web browser or contact admissions?
