USNA vs NROTC

Could someone please explain the difference between DODMERB for USNA and DODMERB for NROTC? I was thinking if I get an NROTC scholarship I might try to go to the Naval Academy after a year, but I've heard the DODMERB is harder.

Flase. The DoDMERB exam/standards are the same. "If" U R determined to NOT meet medical standards by DoDMERB and require a waiver, the Superintendent for the USNA is the medical waiver authority and HQs NROTC, has the authority for medcial waivers for NROTC.
