Verifying Remedial Forms

Hello,

Back in September, I submitted an orthopedic remedial form for USNA and USMA. Since then, I have received my LOA and Nomination; however, I don't know if my remedial forms have gone through. My USNA portal still says my medical is incomplete, but I am unsure if it is marked incomplete because I still have a body composition form I need to finish. For reference, I emailed my remedial forms on 9/24/22. Is there a way to check if my forms have been processed?

We are in the same boat, sent forms 9/27th, sent several follow-up emails and we have heard nothing. Let me know if you find a solution.

My daughter’s remedial medical record was sent on 9/21 and she has not heard anything either and continues to have an X next to medical.

Question, were the remedial forms requested by the SA or did you DD have those submitted on her own by the her Dr? Was DD DQ’d?
