On Vice President Joe Biden's nomination page, he states:
"In view of this screening by the academies, it is important that all correspondence subsequent to actual application (e.g., letters of recommendation, high school and college transcripts and ACT/SAT examination results) be forwarded directly to the academy when requested."
My question is whether this means I should wait until asked before sending the above information to West Point. For example, I have three signed letters of recommendation right now; should I send them out right away or wait until they're 'requested'?
Thank you!
