Short video clip I shot today of the Coast Guard at the Chicago Memorial Day Parade. Rear Admiral Michael N. Parks, 9th District Commander, was in the reviewing stands along with four USCGA Cadets. The Grand Marshall this year was 4-star general Raymond Odierno, US Army. The cadets met and chatted with Admiral Parks and General Odierno as well as Chicago's new mayor, Rahm Emanuel. The noise in the back ground is a Coast Guard HH-65 Dolphin rescue helicopter that hovered over the Coast Guard marching unit.
