Vision DQ

My DD got her DoDMERB DQ notice yeseterday and she asked me to post here to ask what might be expected of her next. Her eye sight was the reason for the DQ (which we knew was a possibility). She would like to know if she will need to undergo further vision testing or is the review done based off the submitted exam?
