I'm just curious about something. I've often noticed that, according to the numbers, there's usually fewer first-classmen than freshman rats. In this case, does this mean that some senior cadets will be assigned more than one rat to mentor?
Yes, that's what happens initially. Then, as the ratline drags on, many rats end up leaving and the numbers even out. Back in the old-corps... we started with 469 and graduated 211.
