Hey everyone, I applied to VMI for early decision Fall 2021 and I even had a personal interview. I was wondering if I would hear back by now or if they send out the letters by December 15. I've heard many different things about when the letters get sent out but due to COVID I'm assuming things are delayed. Just hoping that I got in since it's my dream school.

The first letters will be coming out shortly. With COVID throwing a wrench into things be patient. My son got his in mid December three years ago. VMI does rolling admissions after the EA period. I hope it works out for you. As a parent I love everything about this school (keep in mind the parents weekend Crozet food is not normal). I wish you good luck and I hope my son gets to make you strain next year.

A couple of years ago my son found out first through a letter stating his financial aid package. So, you can always click on the financial aid letter in PostView to see if anything’s there

My son applied regular decision and received his conditional appointment in the mail December 19. He submitted the completed application in early November.
