VMI Early Decision

Hey guys I applied early decision October 13th and I have not heard anything from them and there is only 2 days left to notify me , just wondering if any of you have heard anything?
 
Got an acceptance letter today. I applied RD the day the app opened up. So I'd imagine you'll be hearing pretty soon.
 
gpa 3.89 unweighted..AP everything or honors.. sats were in the 560-570 range
 
I've not heard back either, and I applied for RD the day it opened. I live in Ga like goldfarb1 so I don't know what's up. All scores and grades were well above the averages, so maybe I'll hear soon. I couldn't login to postview for a while, and when I did this morning, the last document received said "SSN" for financial aid. Does that mean anything?
 
The VMI web site is saying that all ED decisions will be completed by 12/15 so I would expect to hear pretty soon. Hang in there and don't lose heart! And keep in mind if for some reason you are not ED selected- that absolutely does not preclude you from being a regular selection.

I also applied in september for RD, and still have not heard anything. Hopefully it comes soon! I'm climbing the walls :). My parents say that this is good training for the future, ie "hurry up and wait"

I got my regular decision appointment to VMI today in a really cool red folder! I'm grateful and excited!
 
Has anyone received notification from VMI (ED acceptance or deferred)? Crickets chirping on this end.

I was deferred about a week ago because of my SAT scores but my admissions officer said I still have a chance and I'm taking the SAT's again in Jan.
 
I got my appointment a couple weeks ago. Still waiting to hear about NROTC though.

Well, you are in the opposite situation of my DS. He has an AROTC and NROTC scholarship to VMI (needs to choose soon), but has not heard from Admissions. Did you check your NROTC status page recently? My DS' updated on Friday with the scholarship information!
 
I checked my status page this morning, but there's still no change. I think the hardest part of this and the Naval Academy application process is just the waiting.
