VMI Financial Aid

I was just wondering around what time I can expect to hear how much aid I will be getting from VMI after filling out the FAFSA? Does accepting an AROTC Scholarship decrease the amount of aid?

We were at VMI for an overnight just over a week ago, and they told us it would be a couple weeks from then. Anytime now

It would impact it. At the end of completing FASFA they give you an amount, Estimated Family Contribution. If that number is greater than room and board (scholarship paying tuition) then you have no "need".
If you have no need then you might only qualify for student loan, first year$5,500.
If you do have a mathematical need then you might get additional financial aid to cover the difference.
