VMI Notification

My Son received his VMI early decision appointment letter today. Wow, we are relieved as the wait is brutal. Still alot to do, (medical, bmi, etc) but we are one step closer. As VMI was his early decision and number one, I will have to say Norwich is really doing a great job recruiting and their offer was really good. VMI for us though. Good luck to all and hope to meet at matriculation.

Thank you! Great question! VMI was his number one SMC going into the whole application process... then he received his appointment from Norwich in early November and they have been actively pursuing him ever since (as they do all of their accepted cadets). I think once he hears from the last school (The Citadel) he will have to make some big decisions to make. He has only visited VMI thus far... a simple campus tour during the summer.

My son's choices were VMI #1, The Citadel #2 and TAMU #3, he got into all, however choose VMI. He sent his acceptance off today.
