Odd story - not sure I really understand how he was better off in a tent - but certainly shows perseverance! https://www.wsls.com/news/local/202...hile-finishing-his-spring-semester-in-a-tent/
He was better off in a tent for school/studying because his parents home had no internet and limited cell service. Cell service (likely a hotspot use) was better outside the home for him to participate in classes. It's common in rural America. My son's school provided emergency housing for students in this situation (and others) when the dorms closed in the Spring and will do so again when the dorms close just prior to Thanksgiving til the end of Fall term mid December.Odd story - not sure I really understand how he was better off in a tent - but certainly shows perseverance!
