I'm in the middle of working on my nomination applications now. The VP nomination is a little confusing to me, though. I have seen the online form; do you have to complete that all at once? How do you attach your SAT and ACT scores? Also, how do letters of recommendation work? I saw that you send them directly to the Service Academy of your choice, but am I reading that correctly? And should my recommenders type it up in letter form?
I know I asked a ton of questions just now, so thank you for whoever reads and answers this.

The VP doesn't actually select the nominees.... the academies do. So the academies will have your SAT/ACT scores via the normal application process. It's one of the reasons you include your applicant ID. And yes, you send the letters of recommendation to the academy as stated in the form.

You don't need to send separate letters of recommendation for the VP nom for USAFA or USNA (not sure about USMA). The ones you submitted to the Academies with your application will suffice, per the instructions on the admissions website for each academy. Basically you just fill out the form and submit it.

Correct. You just fill out the form and submit it. You do not need to send additional letters of rec. It is by far the easiest nomination application.
