Can anyone please tell me where I need to send my form for a VP nom? I have looked everywhere for the address? Is it the White House, the Naval Observatory or USAFA?????

It is the Executive office for VP Biden in DC, not the AFA!

It will be a pdf file. Only use this form. On page 3 it has the address:

Eisenhower Executive Office Building
Attn: Military Academy Nominations

Send it either fedex or delivery confirmation, return receipt requested so you know it arrived. Good Luck!
