Waiting to hear from VMI

Nothing once again for us as well. If this darn letter doesn't arrive tomorrow it is going to make for some really sad faces around our house.
 
Just ran across this message board. I am also waiting to hear from VMI. Stalking the mailbox is becoming a daily habit here. Can't wait to hear one way or the other.
 
I am in the same boat as all of you. Today I almost pulled a chair up the side of the road so that I could wait for the mailman, comfortably. Good luck to everyone! Hopefully tomorrow.

Congratulations roo17! Our mail won't be here until later today. May I ask what part of the country you are from? I am starting to think us west-coaster may not get any news until Monday.

Congrats! You and your family should be very proud. Don't let up now...keep driving forward as this is only the start of a journey that very few are selected to take part in.
 
Finally got back in town tonight after leaving friday. DS was wishing we could break the sound barrier to get back after seeing others post that they has gotten letters. He has also received his appointment letter. thanks to everyone for all the great information over the last year!

Congratulations to all of you have recently been accepted - your time on board here isn't over yet :wink: I look forward to hearing lots of feedback about Rat year that you can pass on to those who will be in your shoes next year at this time!
 
Congrats zrxkuma! Sorry you had to wait the whole weekend to find out. DS still waiting but pre occupied with final exams that start tomorrow morning. Maybe it's best that he doesn't find out until mid week when his exams are over! Happy Holidays to you and your family no doubt they will be filled with smiles

Still nothing. I called VMI and was notified that sons application was marked regular applicant. ARGGHHH! So, they graciously decided to review his application today and forward him a decision tomorrow.

Just took a BFE from VMI out of our mailbox! Now just need to wait for my DS to get home from school..oh well what's a few more hours now!
