Waiver Authority Can't see Documents?

My Son, MSI, 3 Year AROTC Scholarship winner, is Awaiting Waiver Review. All AMI Was submitted and confirmed receipt by DODMERB on 3/14. Today after his PMS inquired regarding the status, he was told that the Brigade doesn't see any of the AMI documents in his DODMERB file and can't proceed without them of course. DODMERB email was sent to tech again today and he confirmed that everything submitted has been uploaded to his file with a time stamp confirmation of 3/17 for the final documents. Has anyone else had this happen? He's of course forwarding all the information to PMS.

Wish I had an answer. It sounds really weird though. USNA couldn't see DD's DoDMERB documents because USNA sent the wrong SS number to DoDMERB and when DoDMERB fixed it, they didn't send USNA notice of the number being fixed. It was a mess but everything was fixed quickly.

After more research, it now sounds like they may not have received notice that the records are available, or they didn’t go through to the WA for some reason. Son is still trouble shooting with DODMERB and PMS. He’s had so many delays in his process out of his co trip it’s hard to believe there’s another one now. Hoping it gets fixed quickly!
