We are preparing to send in the medical records requested. However the request states "all your medical files pertaining to your DQ condition." Is DODMERB looking for the complete medical record from birth or only those records after the 13th Birthday? Does anyone have any experience on whether they only want to review what is relevant, as stated on the short request, or send the whole pediatric record for completeness? Thank you in advance for any thoughts.
