Waiver Granted, but No Letter

This morning, I received an email stating that a waiver disposition was rendered, and upon checking my portal, I read "Waiver Granted" under one of the services. However, I was disqualified in two subjects so I don't know if one or both waivers were granted. Should I expect to see a letter with my waiver decision under "Correspondences" in the DoDMERB portal or expect an email with the letter? Thank you!

I'm in a similar situation. I got an email that AFRS/RSG has rendered a waiver disposition at 10:52 AM yesterday, but no updates to my DoDMERB portal. How long should I wait before reaching out to my case manager. The suspense is killing me.
