Waiver process continue while awaiting AMI?

DS has 3 DQ codes and has a waiver being processed for 4-yr AROTC. AMIs were fulfilled for two of them and sent back to WA, then another AMI arrived and was fulfilled. I’m wondering if WA continues to look at the file as things come in or if each time DoDMERB opens and adds AMIs, his file goes it “back to the bottom” because it’s first in first out. The latest AMI should be something rather easy while the initial two will definitely take more time. Thanks! Getting nervous with time ticking away.
 
Curious... was the 3rd AMI for the 3rd DQ or a follow up for one of the first 2? It seems odd (at least to me as a naive parent) that they wouldn't have asked for all 3 initially, especially if they were going to ask for 2 at once.

Follow-up to the first two; they saw some thing in the records we had sent and wanted more details.
