Waiver Question

I received an LOA from the USMA. I was told that I qualify physically and academically and I was told on Jan 23 ( this year ) that a waiver would be submitted on my behalf for mild eczema and mild anemia. I was wondering how long this might take and if it is probable that I will receive these waiver(s) before the deadline ( April 15th). any and all insight would be much appreciated.

DoDMERB does not grant waivers, the SA's do.
You have to contact the USMA who issued your LOA.

“If” you have completed everything that was requested or there were no requests, folks with an LOA ... AND... West Point has the waiver for action, that 15 Apr deadline doesn’t apply to you.

Conversely, WP will try and work ALL waiver actions in the category above so the April 15 deadline doesn’t come into play.
