Good Morning,
I have a condition that I listed on my medical that I, as it turns out, do not have. I determined this with a biopsy which came out negative. Initially, I put the condition down because I was verbally told I had this by the doctor, but it wasn't until after I was disqualified that I got a biopsy to confirm or deny my condition and possibly help with the waiver process. I have been waived for Army ROTC but I wanted to know if there was a way to get the disqualification removed instead of waiting for a waiver from USMA that might not come.
I already submitted all information I can to DoDMERB, but they haven't "removed" the disqualification. I don't know if there's an avenue to make this happen but if there is I'd like to pursue it.
For reference, the DQ is Psoriasis and I have a biopsy report showing I have no psoriasis and a letter from a Dermatologist explaining and reaffirming this stance.
Thank you.
