weight and tape

I'm about ten pounds over weight for the coast guard but i dont think i could lose it easily. Im not fat, my 5k time was 21 minutes. I'm just big. my dad is an e8 in the army and said i could easily "tape out" for army standards. Dose the coast guard tape people? Thanks

The CG does tape. You can look up how to measure yourself and see if you make weight in the "Coast Guard Weight and Body Fat Standards Program Manual" (easily found on google).
