I have a buddy that wanted me to reach out on her for a weight question. He is about 30 pounds over the maximum weight for his height and is 25% bodyfat. He plays football and is a lineman. What does he need to do or are there any waivers for him? Thanks
 
He should still get qualified medically. USMA may reach out with some correspondence to have the Body Fat Test taken and submitted so USMA has a good idea. It is a test that will probably be needed a few times just to stay check.
 
Stupid question... what are the weight requirements? Where can I find them?
