I'm normally not one to vent online, but i'm in lockdown with a wife and two kids and the tp is running low and it's time for me to get this out. We completed the requested AMI's for a waiver 3 weeks ago. The medical office says he sent the reports to dodmerb twice. The dodmerb site showed no indication of this. I've written emails to the addresses I have asking if they have the reports. no response. thursday we get an email saying we havn't completed the AMI's yet. What? We replied to them with the scanned copies of the reports ourselves. Do they have them now? Or are they sitting in someones spam folder? I have no idea. I then send them to the email address where we've sent other info. Later, we get an email stating we have to perform the same requested AMIs as we did the first time. WTF. Is this an error or are they serious? It's totally unclear. Seriously, dodmerb needs to invest in some workflow software. I live near Silicon Valley. I know some people. Okay. I'm done.
