MY DS4 IS AN AOG, AND LAST I CHECKED WITH HIM NONE OF THE AOG'S AT HIS SCHOOL HAD GOTTEN APPOINTMENTS. JUST CURIOUS.

It was the first or second of February for my 2018 who was an AOG at MMI. FWIW - they did not all get theirs on the same week....congrats! It's just a matter of a week or two...

Thank you. I appreciate your time.

My son is an AOG at MMI and none of AOGs there received theirs yet. He said they are in a different "pool". Talk about the anxiety level!

So at least for my 2018, they were not near the last to hear. They received their appointments early to mid February with many more appointments sent after. I know this is easy for me to say but it's all a matter of time if they were an AOG cadet and they had a good year at prep, then their reserved seat is safe so relax! Lol!

Btw - my 2018 was at MMI and it did an extraordinary job in preparing them for beast and their plebe year. Currently the MMI cadets are a very tight-knit group and do a good job of looking after each other. It really was an incredible benefit to have them at MMI for a year. Congratulations again.

Thank you for the replies! We are quite impressed with the prep he has had and the connections made. Couldn't resist just throwing this thread out to see. Patiently...kind of...waiting [emoji51]

Tic.....
Tock....
Cannot imagine being a 17/18 year old waiting for the news. [emoji295]️
I know... some wise person will tell me to be patient. Thank you for your wise advice. I'm not lying this is a challenging experience and I have literally done nothing! Just support my kid.

I wish I could DELETE.

Even FB gives the option to EDIT/DELETE....

best of luck to everyone and all of the family support groups.

He thought they would have heard this week but no! Nothing like being on pins and needles. All we can do is hope and pray it's this coming week!

yes....crazy waiting. My 22 year old retired Marine said its a way to "cut teeth" on the hurry up and wait of the military.
I believe he is correct.
