West Point Cadets drop papers on the Yard from Helo?

Back when I was a "dink" at Camp USAFA (1979-1983) prior to an Army-Air Force game..

Several Chinook's came flying over the terrazzo of USAFA and dumped 1,000,000 "Psywar leaflets" about how badly we were going to lose base on our poor record that year, etc...etc...

It took us damn near forever to clean all that crap up!

And then we pounded them on Saturday on the field!

But it was a great feat on their part!

Im a big supporter of Navy during the annual game but even I thought that this was hilarious...thatll go down in history! Although, it seems that Navy trashed Army instead of the other way around...:shake:

hahaha that's crazy. Did they fly all the way from West Point to Annapolis just to throw those papers?

yes they did. I am told the chopper was there for some kind of training, the pilots needed some hours of flight time and the cadets thought of a great "Spirit Mission".

They should have assigned the USMA exchange students to pick them all up.
