What do you wear for the overnight visit? I'm planning on wearing a button up shirt and slacks. Is a jacket and tie also necessary?

When my son went for his visit, there were several other candidates there too. The guys wearing the sport coat and tie looked overdressed. A nice pair of slacks, good shoes, and a long sleeve shirt with a collar make a positive impression.

Son brought what you did...NO tie No jacket. He brought work out clothes as well. Throw jeans in the bag, just in case you feel it's ok once you see the other guys/gals.
