I agree with the above posters. An objective test is the best prism by which to judge academic potential as well as our GPAs and class rank for the thousands of schools across the country. I also think that "proving" your absence of SAT/ACT case may be more difficult than one might think. So maybe you've had the last 3 exams cancelled, like for me. There are at least 3 more opportunities this year. Also, there are other states that are less likely to cancel. Some are 9 hours away. For some of us, the travel expenses will be prohibitive. For others, our parents won't let us leave the state due to Covid. The variations of each individual case is mind boggling. I would not want to be in the position of having to document all of this, and I also see how difficult it might be for the WP Admissions folks to sort through all of this.
As the above poster wisely suggests, fight for that opportunity to test.
