Do what my Dad did - retire at 20 years, teach school for 18 years. collect two pensions plus social security, retire to Florida to a live of golf and bridge. He makes more money now than he ever did in his life.

Borman chaired that commission - they brought about many recommendations that are still being followed today.

It certainly seems to be working, I rarely see/read/hear the same sort of "problems" at West Point that seem to be happening at a regular interval in Annapolis.
