I have finished my entire application (Have even received a JROTC nomination and hopefully going to earn a senatorial nomination). I am obviously very stressed and worried as the January and February get closer and closer and I would just like to have an idea of if I may have a good chance.

I have a 3.71 GPA in the top 25%
I an Eagle Scout, 4 years JROTC, Boys State, Attended many leadership courses.
CFA: B-ball:60 ft. Shuttle run- 9 Sec. Pull-ups -15 Pushups-62 Situps- 85 Mile- 6:13
I am taking many DC and AP classes
I keep myself fit and I am very determined

The last thing I have to complete is sending in my 7th-semester transcript and my Field Force Interview.

I believe I can get in and that I have all the accomplishments and skills that West Point is looking for. With that being said your opinion of what you believe my chances may be would be supremely beneficial

You’ve surely seen the countless “chance me” posts here. So you know it’s near impossible to do so with any dependable accuracy.

More importantly, what’s done is done. Your application is complete, I presume you’ve done your best. So don’t waste a single moment of your senior year worrying about something that’s now out of your control.

Just by asking, you’ll soon see a response that says, “My stuff was similar and I got in.” You’ll also see a response that says, “My stuff was similar and I didn’t get in.” Neither will be helpful to you.

If you need a way to relieve stress, do two things: Enjoy your senior year and/or work on Plan B.

I would hope plan B includes applying for an ROTC scholarship.
