What can I do to improve my resume for this year?

I am currently a Junior in High School. I will be applying for Summer Leaders Seminar as USMA in December. I am also pushing to become a delegate for NJ Boys State 2011. What follow are my points for my resume:

ACADEMICS:
3.61 GPA (4.21 Unweighted)
National Honor Society
National Math Honor Society
All AP and Honors Classes

ATHLETICS
JV Cross Country
Varsity Distance Track
First Degree Black Belt

EXTRA-CURRICULARS:
Tae Kwon Do
Boy Scouts
YWCA Swimming Instructor
Lifeguard (Red Cross Certified)
Order of the Arrow Representative
Staff member of National Youth Leadership Training

OTHER:
Eagle Scout
SPL NYLT (Senior Leader of National Youth Leadership Training)
* with NYLT, I have gained about 610 hours of service.

SPL of my Boy Scout Troop




What can I do during the course of this year to improve my resume.

More Specific

My SAT scores are as follow:
Reading: 720
Writing: 700
Math: 780

My school does not rank but I'm pretty sure that I'm in the top 20%
 
Class rank and GPA are extremely important - make sure to work on those!
ECs look good, but need more leadership positions!!! And Varsity Letters!
