What do the asterisks mean?

Hi everyone,
So I was looking up the medical qualifications at

DoD Website Consent

and I realized there are different asterisks [*, **, ***] next to different disqualifications.
I couldn't find a key explaining what they meant, and I was wondering if anyone knew.

Others can give a more eloquent answer, but generally they mean "fill in the blank with..." whatever your specific dq item was. That way they can use one code for "Send all Pharmacy records related to X, Y, or Z" instead of 300+.
