I am having trouble understanding the AFROTC online tracker.

When I look at the AFROTC scholarship tracker it is showing the following message
•Congratulations! You are an eligible applicant in the AFROTC Scholarship Program. Someone from an AFROTC Detachment will contact you soon to schedule your interview. If you have not been contacted within 30 days, notify this office.

I did my interview on November 5th and I'm trying to figure out if all my paperwork has been received and is in order.

The next page is showing:
In order to finish your Air Force ROTC scholarship application, you must download, complete and mail the following forms (see below) to us postmarked no later than January 8, 2011. However, certain items can be faxed, and specific instructions for each form will be supplied once you have completed the online application in a separate email. We highly recommend you send mail certified with a return receipt, as our office is not responsible for lost mail.

Forms that need to be submitted:

1.Counselor Certification
2.Personal Statement
3.Physical Fitness AssessmentPhysical Fitness AssessmentPFA - an exam consisting of three eventscrunches, push-ups, and a 1.5-mile run-- used to determine physical fitness level as part of the application process for the college scholarship program. (PFAPFAPhysical Fitness Assessment )
4.Résumé - One Page Only - NO EXCEPTIONS

I have submitted these, so I am wondering if I need to resubmit my paperwork or get in touch with someone since it is still saying that I need to get the paperwork in??

I'd call cuz when it's good to go it will say this:

•Your Air Force ROTC Scholarship interview has been received and processed. Your record will meet the next available selection board. You can check back here to find the results of the board. We will mail you a letter notifying whether or not you have been offered a scholarship.
If you have specific inquiries about your scholarship application, please email or call the Scholarship Section (HQ/RRUCC) at 1-866-423-7682. Or, fax us at 1-334-953-4384.

I had my interview, not quite 4 weeks ago. And the website says the following:

The Interview

When you've completed all the steps above and are found to have met our qualifications, you will receive a letter of eligibility stating that a local AFROTC Detachment will contact you to schedule an interview with an Air Force officer. The interviewer will write a report of your interview and will forward it to Headquarters Air Force ROTC (please see the mailing address above). A selection board will evaluate your record and interview report and determine whether to offer you a scholarship. The scholarship selection boards meet December, January, February, and March, so submit your data as early as possible. We strongly encourage you to take copies of your resume and extracurricular activities to your interview.

Based on this, since I had my interview on November 5th, I'm assuming they do have all of my paperwork and that everything was in order. Perhaps they need to receive or update the interview paperwork? Updates are running slow at this time of year?

I wouldn't assume anything about any of this. It's too important. You can call the AFROTC number and ask them if they've recieved your interview package as well as ensure they have the rest of the items you submitted.

I'd second the advice given to you by Luckymacy....call your AFROTC rep and find out what is actually missing. Something is definitely not right.
Good Luck! :thumb:

Thanks, I'll Call Tomorrow

I'll call tomorrow. Called this afternoon and it went straight to voice mail, but it's saying the box is full.

Status Updated

 My status was updated first thing this morning :thumb:

Just have to wait and see how it goes!

So back to finishing up those remaining college apps ....
