What does the USNA Summer STEM App take into account?

So I'm a Freshman in High school and don't really have and SAT/ACT scores to put in, so will they take into account my GPA? How does it work for the lower grades?

To my knowledge, they do take in your GPA, look on the online Application, or even call admissions.
BTW, i'm a softmore trying to get into stem
