We have a complete set of all of your examination records and they are currently being reviewed by a Concorde case manager.
Our Concorde case managers have identified some errors in your examination records. We are working to resolve these issues with your Providers.
No additional action is required on your behalf.

No way to tell from what's here. Probably things that are missing or contradictory. It might even be that something happened when the records were transmitted. Sounds like they're contacting your provider to get or correct the info.

My son’s said the same thing & a few days later it updated to say the same thing minus the last sentence about errors. We just printed a screenshot to be able to keep track of the dates & messages. I assumed that maybe a page was missing or the doctor didn’t check a box or something like that.

If this is helpful to see his timeline:
May 15 - Date of Medical & Eye exams

May 18 - Status “Complete On Hold” (with same message as above “errors in your examination records...working w providers”)

May 22 - Status “Complete”

May 23 - son received email “The Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board (DoDMERB) has received your medical exam. We will review and make a determination on your medical status within the next 30 business days.” And instructions to create Acct for the tricare website.

May 24 - Another email to say medical status updated & letter generated. Thankfully it was “Qualified”

They are updating you because they know you (not just you) are checking every 5 minutes.

Our DS Dodmets just updated with same 'error' message, not surprised. Dr. that did exam wasn't that familiar with DOD physical, we even heard him in the hall saying, "remind me about these?"..... grrrr. Hopefully just clerical and there won't be any issues. Now patiently waiting until next business day (it's Friday). Fingers crossed.

I'm experiencing this same issue so I decided to bring this thread up to date. Is this happening to anyone else/has it happened to you and got corrected?

Happened to DS in August. Took three weeks to resolve. The optometrist was recording in vision in the wrong format but didn't know what they were expecting. So they'd send it back. She'd look it over and think it was correct and resubmit it. They'd send it back. She'd resubmit it. Rinse and repeat. Finally DS got involved and it was resolved within a few days.

If it's taking a long time, you can call DoDMETS and they will actually tell you where the error is. At least they did for my DS. The doctor had checked a box that was inconsistent with his exam findings. It took three weeks for him to respond to the request. But once he did, it was processed the same day.

My son had the same note about an error that was being resolved with the doctor's office, no action for applicant. After about a week, my son called the doctor's office and they confirmed they had been asked for an update on the paperwork and that they had completed it. About a week later my son emailed the DoDMETS contact email. They were very responsive and had it moved to DoDMERB within a few days. Now that we can see the complete form on the DoDMERB website it was definitely just a detailed comment that was not recorded in the right place. A direct call to the doctor and a follow-up email to DoDMETS seemed to help.
