Does the same rule apply for MEPS and DODMERB if someone had a history of a seizure? What is DODMERB standards for seizure? What is MEPS standard for people who have a history of seizure? Is MEPS and DODMERB standards different or do they do things the same for all dqs?

MEPS is for enlistment so enlistment standards for the particular service would apply. DODMERB is for commissioning sources to commissioning standards apply which are a bit more stringent than enlistment standards.

Each service sets their own requirements, the best example is color vision for sea going services vs Army. DODMERB does not set any standards, they simply enforce/review what standards are present.

You need to look at each particular services standards for seizure history. For the Navy you can look at a document called the ManMed Chapter 15 which is the Manual of the Medical Department of the Navy and covers enlistment/commissioning standards.
