What Plebes will do to get out of Finals

They will not cancel TEEs. Silly Plebes. How do you think they'll get college accreditation if they forgo their TEEs?

Dear Tug-Boat. Are you an academic? I am an academic (a military academic--but an academic)--and it is all about accreditation. I know that in the past, people say that exams have been cancelled but I think that accreditation and the accreditation cycle can dictate the amount of leeway toward exams. Imagine if an exam were 30% of a final grade. There is no waving the magic wand and making that ok to the accrediting organization--and no one wants USMA to lose their accreditation after the big win.
 
Am I an academic? Silly question. Just by my run on sentence structure, misspelled words and poor grammar should answer that question with out asking.

SUBJECT: Reward package for Army victory in Army/Navy Football 2016

1. PURPOSE: To enumerate the rewards granted to cadets for Army's victory over Navy in football on 10DEC16

2. REWARDS: The following apply to proficient cadets upon the beginning of AY17-
2. These incentives expire on Graduation Day 2017
a. The Corps will return from Winter Leave on )4 1900 January 2017
b. Fourth Class: 4CL cadets are authorized to "fall-out" within the Cadet Area. 4CL Cadets are authorized uncapped hands to talk outside
and they are not required to walk on the wall in the Barracks. This policy does not grant 4CL cadets "recognition," and they are still responsible
maintaining for appropriate, professional relationships with upperclassmen, 4CL Cadets are still required to execute Plebe Duties

c. Third Class: 3CL cadets are authorized to wear civilian clothes on OPPs

d. Second Class: 2CL cadets are authorized to register and maintain POVs on post

e. First Class: 1CL cadets are authorized late recall (NLT TAPS) on all weekends unless specified by the chain of command. Additionally,
1CL PMI will begin at the conclusion of Spring Break for AY17-2
