So I went in to the optometrists today and got my eye exam done. It was uploaded to the DODMETS site. I have my medical exam this friday.

How will I know if I have a disqualifying condition? The optometrist said everything was perfect.

And will I have to upload documents (medical records, immunization, etc.)?

You wont have to do anything. The Doctors will have to upload the reports. Once they are sent to DodMets, and all is received, DodMets transmits them to DODMERB and they are reviewed there. You can keep checking both portals and see the status, whats received, etc.
