When do academy acceptance letters come out?

It seems like the info found online is vague at best - the general consensus seems to be late Jan/Early Feb but I've also seen people post that their DS or DD has already received an acceptance this year?

Bell curve between September and April, with a few outliers after that. They are offers of appointment.
