When Do I receive Follow-Up Documents for CVW?

I signed up for November 17 CVW a little over a month ago but haven't received any follow-up/confirmation email since. The email said that there would be a follow-up closer to the CVW.

Anyone who attended CVW get this follow-up email? If so, when?
 
What about uploading the vaccine document? Where do I do that, and is it the only document required?
 
My DD went just a few weeks ago. They will text you around Tuesday of the week you're attending. You will need to print and sign 2-3 forms to bring with you. The text will include a link with all the details. Enjoy your visit!

My son is attending that one and I don't believe he's gotten anything more. He went in April too and got something just before we flew out.
 
Ok thanks. That's reassuring. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.
