When, exactly, does Indoc end?

We are wondering, exactly, when does Indoc end? Is there some sort of ceremony marking the group having made it through Indoc?

This week-end. They will have a swim meet competition between the Companies and some other activities.

They will all run a 5k together.


My son was in 4th Company last year and was the best marching and most athletic company. They later got to go to the six flags park with their DI's. I think it was late September or October.

They won't go off-campus until Parents Weekend, is my understanding. (Sept 12, or so.. as always, check the Regimental Calendar on USMMA.EDU Parents page).
Pretty much, Indoc ends, the rest of the classes report the next day, and then Academics start.

If I remember correctly.

I think Indoc ends on Sat. 7-25. The regiment reports for the fall trimester on sun. 7-26. Classes begin on wed. 7-29.
